Returns & Warranty

  • Please ensure you have purchased goods that are correct for your application. If you are not sure please contact one of our friendly team via our contact page
  • Refund of goods are only accepted under our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law. Examples are: faulty goods, goods not as described, or goods not fit for purpose, if returning you must have proof of purchase from OS Giken and must be returned to OS Giken only.
  • We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns or any returns on special order parts
  • Freight on any returns of goods is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated
  • Any warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, please ONLY return them to OS Giken to send back to the manufacturer to be assessed. OS Giken does not offer any extended or additional warranties on goods.
  • Any parts returned under warranty will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment to ensure they have failed due to manufacturing defect and not misuse of any kind before any decision is made to remedy a purchase.
